I'll just do a quick post for you today, again using those lovely Stamp Addicts stamps. This time I choose the lovely Polar Bear, you'll find him here:
Polar Bear
I prepared my MDF with white gesso, then a blend of inks, I used blue, purple and green. I then stamped my lovely Polar bear, and blasted it with the heat gun to set the ink in place:

I used acrylic paint to layer the white paint onto my polar bear. I made a small mask of just the left side of my bear (a mask is when you stamp the bear onto a scrap piece of card, which you cut out and then put it over the stamped image. This allows you to overstamp onto your image without ruining it). I stamped my North Pole sign, slightly over my masked bear, so it looks like it is sitting behind the Polar Bear.
I also stamped the icicles, but this time I used versamark and snowy glitter embossing powder.
I added Cosmic Shimmer pearl PVA onto the snowy ground, and the icicles - I like the shine and the texture you will get when this dries.
To finish, add glitter and a lovely piece of ribbon:
