Hello… If you are anything like me you still have Christmas cards to make and things to decorate the home. That is why I am back on the 1st December at 8pm and the 2nd December at 9am, 12pm, 4pm and 7pm to give you some last minute festive inspiration. I have some beautiful dies to bring you along with the One Day Special. One of the dies I am bringing to you is the Sizzix Thinlits Die Set 7PK - Box, Pillow & Poinsettias.  This is a beautiful die for creating gorgeous gift wrap and table gifts. Here is how to make it: Materials: Sizzix Thinlits Die Set 7PK - Box, Pillow & Poinsettias Patterned paper Cardstock Glitter washi tape Twine Method: Step 1  Die cut 2 of the pillow box sides from patterned paper. Step 2 Using strong double sided tape adhere together. Step 3 Wrap the wash tape around the centre of the box. Step 4 Die cut the poinsettia as shown. Step 5 Piece together the poinsettia. ...

Hello… As we hit the final few months of the year it is time for Sizzix to release the final chapter for 2016 - Chapter 4. This means I will be bringing you some exciting new releases on my Hochanda shows on the 18th October. One of my favorites from this Chapter is the Sizzix Thinlits Die Set Every Occasion. This creates a beautiful gift box and I am going to show you how easy it is to create. Step 1 Die cut 2 of the gift box bases from patterned paper. Step 2 Die cut the bow elements. Step 3 Using a strong double sided tape adhere the box together. Step 4 Using hot glue adhere the bow together. Step 5 Trim a strip of coordinating paper and wrap around the centre of the box. Step 6 Wrap twine around the centre of the trip of paper and adhere the bow to the box. This is a perfect die set for so many occasions and of course you can use the bow on my other projects too. Give a little something extra with this charming Downtown Abbey inspired filigree box, filled with your thoughtful gift for all occasions!  You will need;  Big Score Trimmer and scissors Collall Tacky Glue Acetate Crafter’s Companion A4 hammered Cream cardstock Downton Abbey Oval Filigree Die Downton Abbey 3D Bow Filigree Die Pearls from your stash 1 - Using your Big Score, place the short side of a piece of A4 card to the butt of the lid side and score at 6 ½ inches – cut on this line – you will need 2 of these.
