A month before our birthday we asked you, our crafter customers to send us your crafted birthday wishes. Beautiful gifts come in all shapes and sizes, and all different materials so we asked you to let your imaginations run wild! The summer garden party! August has crept up and we now find ourselves in the middle of summer, school holidays have begun and it's time to make the most of your garden. Grow your own herbs to flavour your BBQ meat! Get the drinks chilling and the BBQ flaming... We have a BBQ herb pack that will get you growing your own fresh herbs that will bring your BBQ meat bursting with fresh flavour! BBQ Herb Pack recipes  Rosemary Pick strong, long stems off your Rosemary plant, then strip the leaves off (leave to one side) and soak the strong long stalks over night. Take the stems out of the water to skewer meat/veg onto the rosemary sticks for yummy kebabs. Finely chop the rosemary leaves, sprinkle onto lamb chops with sea salt and pepper along with a drizzle of honey then grill or BBQ. Sage Finely chop a handful of sage leaves and mix into apple sauce, season with salt & pepper. Rub this mix into pork chops and let marinade overnight for a more intense flavour. B

This beautiful collection is being launched on Wednesday evening (August 10th) at 8 pm for a One Day Special. There are some beautiful Entwining Dies along with her famous coordinating stamp sets. Once again the collection works well on it's own to achieve a myriad of special designs, or alternatively used with anything you already have in your collection. The finished card measures 8 x 7''. How to make a Dragonfly Scarf Bail

Let us introduce to you a fabulous new brand who is joining the Hochanda family this Monday, Indivijewelistic! Trish Kelly will be joining us with not one but two educational shows, showcasing a range of beautiful jewellery and accessory making kits. To give you a taste of some of the fabulous demonstrations to come check out the step-by-step project below...  You will need: Scarf Bail 3 coils of 3mm wire (+ spares) 4 wings beads 4 Bead Caps 32 Bicone Beads (+ some spares) 3 Head Pins (+ 2 spares) 3 Crystal Spacers Large Head Bead 2 x Blue Frosted Bead 1 x 8mm Blue Crystal Bead 1 x Blue Crystal Teardrop Starting with the teardrop bead, load your spacers and beads onto one of the head pins as shown. Turn the top of your head pin at a right angle.    Using a pair of point nose pliers start to turn a loose loop at the top. Move your pliers back down the head pin bit by bit to help you form the large loop as shown below. Take another he
